Service Description
Post Automation is an internal publishing tool used to prepare and publish approved real estate content from our CRM to connected Facebook Pages.
The service may publish text, photos, and videos to Facebook Pages after the content has been approved in our CRM workflow.
Information We Collect
When an authorized user connects a Facebook account or Facebook Page, we may collect and store the following information:
- Facebook user ID and basic profile information required for authentication
- Facebook Page ID and Page name
- Facebook Page access token required to publish content
- Post ID, post URL, reel URL, publishing status, and publishing timestamp
- CRM content selected for publishing, including title, description, images, and videos
Facebook Permissions We Use
The service may request the following Meta permissions:
public_profile: To identify the authorized Facebook user.pages_show_list: To list Facebook Pages managed by the authorized user.pages_read_engagement: To read basic Page and post metadata needed to confirm publishing results.pages_manage_posts: To publish, edit, or delete posts, photos, and videos on selected Facebook Pages.business_management: To access business-related Page information when required by Meta app configuration.
We use these permissions only for Pages that the authorized user manages and selects for publishing.
How We Use Information
We use collected information to:
- Authenticate authorized users with Meta/Facebook
- Identify Facebook Pages available for publishing
- Publish approved CRM content to selected Facebook Pages
- Store published Facebook post and reel URLs back into the CRM
- Prevent duplicate publishing of the same CRM item
- Troubleshoot publishing errors and maintain audit records
We do not sell personal data or Page data.
We do not publish to personal Facebook profiles.
Data Sharing
We do not share Facebook user data, Page data, access tokens, or CRM publishing data with third parties except where required to operate the service, comply with law, or protect our systems.
Content is sent to Meta/Facebook only when publishing to a selected Facebook Page.
Data Storage and Security
Access tokens and publishing records are stored in systems controlled by us. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect stored data from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.
Only authorized administrators and service processes may access publishing credentials and CRM publishing records.
Data Retention
We keep publishing records, post URLs, Page IDs, and related CRM status data for as long as needed to operate the publishing workflow, audit published content, and prevent duplicate posts.
Access tokens may be removed or replaced when access is revoked, expired, rotated, or no longer needed.
Data Deletion
Users may request deletion of Facebook-related data connected to this service by contacting us using the contact information below.
Upon a valid deletion request, we will delete or anonymize Facebook user IDs, Page access tokens, Page connection records, and related authentication data unless retention is required by law, security, or legitimate business recordkeeping.
Published posts on Facebook Pages may need to be deleted directly from the Facebook Page or by an authorized Page administrator.
User Control
Authorized users may revoke this app's access at any time from their Facebook account settings or Meta Business settings.
After access is revoked, the service will no longer be able to publish new content to the affected Facebook Page unless authorization is granted again.
